Who
we are…
We are a small private company bringing together an enthusiastic
team of experienced travel industry employees who, in conjunction
with caring efficient villa owners, have been living in Andalucia
for more than 15 years. We are agents for the property owners,
dealing directly with them and keeping overheads down and the
price to you a fraction of what you could pay elsewhere.
We
want to offer you property rentals of calibre, at an affordable
price, far from the madding crowds and crass commercial trappings
so often associated with Spanish holidays. Some of the villas
are in the picturesque white villages where you can walk to
the bars and restaurants. Others are at the beach or in the
heart of the country where the nearest shop or restaurant might
be 15 minutes drive away. Its all explained in the text.
We
know the areas we have selected very well and have welcomed
hundreds of clients who have visited these
properties over the years. We have listened to them and benefited
from their experiences, seeing what has become familiar to us
from an outsider’s point of view, and often by those who
do not speak the language. The ‘locals’ tend to
be a friendly lot and there is usually an accountable international
and English speaking resident community in all the locations.
The
Gaucin and Jimena villas are only half an hour from the Mediterranean
coast and within easy driving to Sotogrande Polo Club, marina
and golf clubs in abundance. The villas around the historic
city of Ronda offer wild-life enthusiasts and walkers a chance
to enjoy a break in the heart of mountain and pastoral terrain,
so it’s not so handy for the beach. The properties on
the Costa de la Luz and Almeria are for people who like the
beach. So, whatever your priorities, we can help you select
the villa most likely to suit your needs and are happy to talk
